BACKGROUND

Palmwood is harvested from the trunk of coconut palms that have reached the end of their fruit-producing life. These palm trees are then felled for recycling which allows for replanting of productive trees. Palmwood is suitable for many applications including furniture due to its durability, versatility and unique beauty.

The palmwood used in our furniture is currently being reviewed for a Chain of Custody (COC) Accreditation by the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC). The pending accreditation continues to promote our fundamental belief in the well-being of our environment and our customers.
